The B-CC High School Sports Boosters is a non-profit organization comprised of dedicated parents, alumni, coaches, school staff, community members & corporate sponsors. The Sports Boosters supports ALL school sponsored sports teams at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School. That’s over 800 B-CC student athletes and coaches.

The funds raised go directly to benefit the athletic programs at B-CC. The B-CC High School Sports Boosters make a generous distribution of the profits directly to the sports teams based on their level of participation from both the Mulch Sale (25%) and Game-Day Concession Sales (20%). Who decides where the money goes?
The B-CC High School Sports Boosters meet with the Athletic Director to set the funding priorities for each year. The proposed budget is presented at the start of the school year to all interested members of the B-CC sports community who can review and make comment to the Sports Boosters Executive Committee before they vote on the final budget. While monetary contributions are extremely beneficial for our athletic programs, we also need to show support by donating our time and talents. The B-CC High School Sports Boosters could not operate with out the time and talents of our parent community. There are several committees that help direct and organize various Sports Boosters projects throughout the school year. The Booster Meetings are held five times per year and are announced in advance on the Boosters website. Please help us increase our support for all school sponsored athletic programs at B-CC High School by attending meetings and generating new ideas and activities.
Montgomery County mandated the creation of all sports booster clubs to reduce the disparity of funds raised by each team. Under Montgomery County regulations there is only one Sports Booster organization permitted per school and each team falls under the umbrella of the Boosters. Individual teams may only do fundraising and operate through the one Booster organization. B-CC High School Sports Boosters was created in response to this mandate.
